About the role:
- Responsibility for generating business, both through your own network of contacts and by utilizing the company’s established customer database, as well as through the company’s marketing initiatives.
- This role involves overseeing the entire process for our interim management services in accordance with well-established templates and structures.
- Responsibility for the candidate matching process and interviews to ensure that the top candidates are presented to the client in accordance with the company’s processes and procedures.
- Contribute to the company’s growth through your own initiatives and delegated tasks that strengthen the company in the long term.
About you:
- At least 5 years of experience in professional services sales. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- You have extensive experience in negotiations and are confident in giving presentations to members of the management team.
- You have extensive knowledge of organizational structures and roles in companies with over 200 employees.
- Preferably with experience in interim staffing/recruitment and/or recruitment services.
- Experience in a senior management position and/or experience in recruitment or executive search.
- You are highly motivated and have a good understanding of people. You are very professional and service-oriented.
