As a client, you will always receive a response to your inquiry within 1–3 days; we always conduct personal interviews with every candidate we present. We do not charge for inquiries; when a contract is signed, the agreement is based on a transparent pricing structure where we split the fee 80/20 between the consultant and us.

Interim - an effective way of working
An interim consultant is accustomed to quickly adapting to new situations, and we always select consultants whose experience aligns with your expectations. We identify 20–30 suitable consultants within our network, and after conducting personal interviews, we select the top 3–4 candidates to meet with the client.
The onboarding process is quick; you’ll see results fast, and in some cases, permanent hiring is possible after the interim assignment. By then, the consultant and the client have gotten to know each other, and the risks associated with traditional hiring or executive search are minimal. Both parties know exactly what to expect.

As an interim recruitment agency, we are constantly expanding our network of skilled interim consultants, and since 2015 we have helped hundreds of companies navigate challenging situations.
To ensure that expectations are met and that the project is on the right track, we check in with the consultant and the client on a monthly basis, or more frequently if needed. Should any additional work be required or expert assistance needed, we have a large network of professionals to draw upon.
One assurance for both the client and the consultant is that there is ongoing operational support in the form of coaching, specialist expertise when needed, access to networks, or advice on financial and legal matters, for example.
