We are transparent with both the client and the consultant regarding how the fee is allocated. This builds trust and provides reassurance throughout the process. No one is kept in the dark or needs to feel cheated. The consultant receives 80% of the fee that the client pays us.

Our experience allows us to understand each client’s specific situation. We always go the extra mile, from the initial contact through interviews with the consultant and throughout the entire assignment.

We work closely with our candidates and closely monitor their progress on every assignment to ensure its success and to identify future opportunities that are a good fit for them.
