We're totally transparent with both clients and consultants about how the fees are split. This builds more trust and makes everyone feel secure in the process. No one gets left in the dark or feels ripped off. Our consultants get 80% of the fee the client pays us.

Our experience means we really get our clients' unique situations. We always put in that extra effort, right from the first chat, through consultant interviews, and all the way to the end of the assignment.
