What's the 80/20 Model?

Since we started in 2015, we've been using an 80/20 model. This means 80% of what our clients pay goes straight to the consultant. It's our way of showing respect for their skills and hard work, and everyone involved in our collaborations really appreciates it.

Clear Fee Distribution for Everyone

We really believe in transparency and openness. It's all about making sure consultants don't feel unnecessary pressure, and just as importantly, that clients aren't kept in the dark about where their fees are going.

Even today, some consultants, placed by other agencies, have no idea how much they're costing. And thanks to various confidentiality clauses or 'policies,' the client often doesn't even know what the consultant's fee is. That's just not sustainable in the long run, and it's a business ethic we absolutely don't stand for.

We truly believe that being transparent and clear in our communication with both clients and consultants pays off in the long run. By being open about our fees, both clients and consultants can feel totally secure working with Scandinavian Executive. We add value for both clients and consultants. As a client, you'll get quick access to skilled interim consultants, answers within 1-3 days, no upfront costs, and transparent pricing. Plus, we never favor one consultant over another just to boost our own profit.

As a consultant, you'll get offers for assignments that perfectly match your skills, along with help presenting yourself to the client in the best possible way. We act as your sales channel when you're available for new projects and support you every step of the way during an assignment.

We don't believe in hidden costs, confidentiality clauses, or uncertainties about fees. For us, it's about building long-term relationships, not maximizing short-term gains. 

What does Scandinavian Executives' interim management service include?

  • One of Sweden's largest networks of interim consultants, with over 8,000 experts covering all industries, ready to step into leadership roles or as specialists.
  • A quick search process, with responses within 1-3 days.
  • No upfront costs.
  • A kick-off meeting with the client to define expectations, goals, requirements, and other key details.
  • An interview template covering essential questions, skills, and qualities to prioritize.
  • Interviews with all candidates presented to the client.
  • Clear candidate presentations, including all relevant information and CVs.
  • Background checks for the final candidate.
  • Liability insurance for clients, up to 10 million SEK.
  • Ongoing contact with both client and consultant throughout the assignment, as agreed.
  • Support resources and coaching available if needed during the assignment.
  • There's also the option for the consultant to be hired permanently during the assignment if both parties are a great fit (a recruitment fee applies, which depends on how long the assignment has been).
  • We set up partnership agreements with clients who come back to us regularly and often need interim solutions.
