Interim Unit Manager on site within 1–3 days

The right experience at the right level

We'll match you with interim managers who lead staff, track key figures, and manage operations, schedules, budgets, and HR. Many have previously worked as unit managers in the public sector, in healthcare, elderly care, schools, or technical administration, so they know exactly what the role demands. They hit the ground running and take responsibility from day one.

Transparent process, no hidden steps

Within 2–3 business days, you'll get three to four candidates with their skill profiles, availability, and fee levels. The pricing is clear: 80% goes to the consultant and 20% to us, with no setup fees or binding commitments. You'll know the cost and structure right from the start.

Long-term benefits even after the assignment ends

The consultant transfers working methods and knowledge, sets up clear routines and documentation, and ensures a smooth transition. This works perfectly whether you're preparing for a new hire or undergoing a major change. Your organization will be stronger once the assignment is complete.

Hire an interim consultant

If you have an urgent need for a project or a permanent role, an interim consultant can fill a crucial gap.

Great opportunities for assignments when you're part of our network!

Structure, staffing, and budget under control

A bridge through turbulence

When a manager is missing, decision-making can become unclear, and the team might feel uneasy. The interim manager quickly takes charge, establishes daily guidance, and opens clear communication channels. This restores reliable delivery and a calm work environment without unnecessary interruptions.

Close to daily operations, with an eye on the bigger picture

The consultant works closely with the business, tracking goals, staffing, and quality while also planning for the overall picture. Short-term and long-term goals are kept aligned with clear priorities. The team gets daily support and a clear path forward.

Clear leadership – even under pressure

Decisions still need to be made even when things are unclear. The interim manager communicates clearly, handles sensitive matters professionally, and keeps trust intact. This creates security and maintains momentum.

The recruitment process

Our recruitment process is quick, smooth, and tailored to your needs. We make sure you get the right candidate fast, thanks to a clear requirement profile and efficient selection.

1. Assignment Description & Goals

We carefully listen to your expectations, goals, and current situation. A role description or job advertisement can be used as a basis, and we'll also conduct a structured interview with the client.

2. Candidate Search within Our Network

Around 20 suitable candidates are selected and contacted. We then conduct interviews with the relevant and available consultants we find, based on the assignment description.

3. Quality Assurance

The best 3-4 candidates are presented to the client within 1-3 days. We then have a check-in with the client to plan the selection and next steps.

4. Interview with Client – Background Check

The client conducts their interviews, any internal tests, and a final senior-level interview. References are taken if needed, and a background check can be performed on the final candidate.

5. Contract

An agreement outlining the length and scope of the assignment is drafted, always with transparent pricing so both the client and consultant know how the fee is distributed. We always pay 80% of the fee to the consultant. If the client is not satisfied, the contract can be terminated with a maximum of one month's notice.

6. Assignment Commences

During the assignment, we keep in regular contact with both the client and the consultant to catch any questions or feedback needed for a successful collaboration.

7. Wrap-up – potential employment

The assignment wraps up as per the agreement, or if the goal was employment and both parties are on board, it turns into a recruitment. The recruitment fee gets lower the longer the assignment has been going on.

Confident in communication, both up and down the ladder

Quick to understand and act

The manager assesses the situation immediately, identifies obstacles, and sets a clear plan. Priorities are set correctly so that the business moves forward from day one. Follow-ups are frequent to stay on track.

Confident in dialogue and clear in communication

Communication flows smoothly – up, down, and across the organization. Your team gets clear direction and support, management receives concise reports, and collaborating with other departments becomes a breeze. The tone and message are always adapted perfectly, without losing their impact.

Keeping an eye on both staff and processes

This role covers staffing, schedules, goals, budget, and the work environment. Our consultants use a structured approach with clear routines and follow-ups, bringing order even to situations that are still developing. The result is stable operations and clear accountability.
