A secure and quick solution with an IT interim manager

Specialized managers with experience in complex IT environments

We match assignments with folks who've led tech teams, handled operations, security, product development, or digital transformation, often in demanding, fast-paced environments. This means our interim managers have both the technical know-how and the experience to lead development where IT isn't just a support function, but absolutely critical to the business.

A process designed for urgent needs

We get that things are often urgent. That's why we have a structured, but super quick, way to find the right person. After a clear needs analysis, we'll usually present 2–4 qualified candidates within 2–3 days. In many cases, the consultant can even start the assignment the same week!

Clear agreements, fixed costs

You'll get full transparency on how the fee is split: 80% goes to the consultant, and 20% to us. There are no upfront fees, no hidden charges, and no lock-in period. If the assignment doesn't work out, it won't cost you a thing. Keeping things simple is one of our biggest promises.

Why hire us?

When companies grow fast, leadership needs can change overnight. An interim manager is a flexible solution that ensures operations continue to run smoothly, no matter the challenges.

Here's what you get with an interim IT manager

Steer clear of delayed projects and losing momentum

Tech environments often need constant improvements, project steering, and handling unexpected issues. When a key leader leaves, the whole team usually feels it. Our interim managers jump right in, get a handle on things, and make sure nothing gets missed. Your team gets a hands-on leader, and your business keeps its momentum.

Leadership that sparks development

Lots of our assignments involve change, moving to the cloud, rolling out new systems, cybersecurity efforts, or developing digital products. The interim manager works systematically, helps everyone understand tech's role in the business, and gets both IT pros and the leadership team on board.

Tech that works – and people who are in the loop

Our consultants know you need more than just a Jira board to get things done. It's also about building strong teams, managing stakeholders, and communicating changes in a way that gets everyone involved. The interim manager leads by balancing tech, speed, and relationships.

The recruitment process

Our recruitment process is quick, smooth, and tailored to your needs. We make sure you get the right candidate fast, thanks to a clear requirement profile and efficient selection.

1. Assignment Description & Goals

We carefully listen to your expectations, goals, and current situation. A role description or job advertisement can be used as a basis, and we'll also conduct a structured interview with the client.

2. Candidate Search within Our Network

Around 20 suitable candidates are selected and contacted. We then conduct interviews with the relevant and available consultants we find, based on the assignment description.

3. Quality Assurance

The best 3-4 candidates are presented to the client within 1-3 days. We then have a check-in with the client to plan the selection and next steps.

4. Interview with Client – Background Check

The client conducts their interviews, any internal tests, and a final senior-level interview. References are taken if needed, and a background check can be performed on the final candidate.

5. Contract

An agreement outlining the length and scope of the assignment is drafted, always with transparent pricing so both the client and consultant know how the fee is distributed. We always pay 80% of the fee to the consultant. If the client is not satisfied, the contract can be terminated with a maximum of one month's notice.

6. Assignment Commences

During the assignment, we keep in regular contact with both the client and the consultant to catch any questions or feedback needed for a successful collaboration.

7. Wrap-up – potential employment

The assignment wraps up as per the agreement, or if the goal was employment and both parties are on board, it turns into a recruitment. The recruitment fee gets lower the longer the assignment has been going on.

What an interim IT manager needs to know

Quickly understanding the environment

Whether it's a software company, an operations team, or a digital product business, the interim manager needs to jump right into your environment. Our consultants are pros at analyzing system setups, team structures, and current projects – and making smart decisions from day one.

Clear communication between tech and business

Many IT/Tech teams move quickly but sometimes lack coordination, clear goals, or support from leadership. An interim manager in this position needs to be able to chat with developers, technicians, clients, and management – and get everyone moving forward together.

Making decisions when things are uncertain

Tech organizations often run into unexpected challenges. Our interim managers are used to dealing with system outages, delayed projects, or shifting priorities. They make decisions based on facts, solid experience, and always with your business's best interests in mind.
