If you work at a recruitment firm, there may be times when it’s difficult to meet your client’s needs. Sometimes a recruitment process drags on, or the client has an urgent need that you want to help address. Other times, the client requests a role that falls outside your area of expertise.

We currently help many recruiters address this situation by bringing in an interim consultant as a temporary solution or as an alternative.

How does it work?

  • A confidentiality agreement will be drawn up.
  • We search our existing network for suitable candidates and never compromise on your client’s requirements and expectations.
  • We will present the top candidates for the role to you within 1–3 days.
  • Candidates are presented along with information regarding their start dates, in accordance with the client’s requirements, as well as their hourly or daily rates.
  • You conduct your quality assurance in accordance with your process.
  • You present the candidates to your client along with the consultants' daily or hourly rates.
  • Agreements are entered into between you and the customer, as well as between you and us.
  • The assignment will be carried out by the consultant. You may continue your recruitment process in parallel, if necessary.
  • The client has the option to hire the consultant at your recruitment fee during or after the interim period.

Business model – win-win-win.

  • You are responsible for all communication with the customer, who will continue to use you as their sole point of contact.
  • We do not charge any setup fees or other fees unless a consultant is on-site at your client’s location.
  • Your recruitment fee is payable by the client if the consultant is hired.
  • We are building on an established model that benefits all parties.
