That’s why customers choose our interim solution

Personal needs assessment by the hour

We start with a focused discussion about goals, bottlenecks, and company culture. Based on that brief, we match candidates to relevant industries, system environments, and leadership styles—all to ensure that the candidate you meet can actually deliver in your specific context. Within five business days, you’ll have 2–4 pre-screened candidates to consider.

Quality-assured candidates, no upfront costs

Every consultant in our network has verified references and a proven track record. We cover the entire selection process at our own risk; you pay only once the right department head is in place, in accordance with our transparent 80/20 model, where the fee is divided transparently between us and the consultant.

A dedicated contact throughout the entire process

With us, you’ll never be put on hold. The same recruitment partner handles your case from the initial briefing to the signed contract and serves as a sounding board even after the assignment begins. This ensures quick decision-making and rapid adjustments if circumstances change.

Why choose us?

When companies grow rapidly, leadership needs can change overnight. An interim manager is a flexible solution that ensures operations continue to run smoothly, regardless of the challenges.

Hire an interim consultant

When there is an urgent need for a project or a permanent position, an interim consultant can fill a critical gap.

What are the benefits of hiring an interim department head?

Reliable operation and clear goals right from the start

An interim leader steps in with established methods for planning, prioritization, and follow-up. The budget, resources, and areas of responsibility are clarified during the first week, giving the team the peace of mind to deliver and providing management with a clear path to results.

The ability to adapt quickly during reorganizations

When new processes, systems, or strategies are to be implemented, the department head serves as the operational project manager and cultural bridge. They ensure that the change is successfully integrated into daily operations without disrupting business—whether it involves implementing Lean or migrating systems.

Knowledge transfer that lasts

Our consultants always follow documented procedures and mentor internal talent throughout the assignment. This ensures that the department remains stronger even after the assignment ends, and that you can offer permanent positions to employees who have grown into new responsibilities.

The recruitment process

Our recruitment process is fast, streamlined, and tailored to your needs. We ensure you find the right candidate quickly through a clear job description and an efficient screening process.

1. Scope of Work & Objectives

We listen carefully to your expectations, goals, and current situation. A job description or job posting can serve as a basis, and we conduct a structured interview with the client.

2. Search for candidates in the network

We select and contact approximately 20 suitable candidates. We conduct interviews with the relevant and available consultants we identify, based on the job description.

3. Quality Assurance

The top 3–4 candidates are presented to the client within 1–3 days. A follow-up meeting with the client is held to finalize the selection and plan the next steps.

4. Customer Interview – Background Check

The client conducts interviews, any tests they may require, and interviews with the candidate’s grandparents. References are checked as needed, and a background check may be conducted on the final candidate.

5. Contract

We draw up a contract specifying the duration and scope of the assignment, always with a transparent pricing structure so that both the client and the consultant know how the fee is allocated. We always pay 80% of the fee to the consultant. If the client is dissatisfied, the contract can be terminated with a maximum of one month’s notice.

6. Assignments are carried out

Throughout the project, we maintain regular contact with both the client and the consultant to address any questions or gather feedback necessary for a successful collaboration.

7. Conclusion – Potential Employment

The assignment is concluded as specified in the agreement; however, if the assignment was intended to lead to employment and both parties agree, it will result in a hiring. The recruitment fee decreases the longer the assignment has lasted.

What an interim department head is good at

Hands-on leadership with a holistic perspective

A strong department head moves seamlessly between strategic issues and day-to-day operations. They see the entire value chain but don’t hesitate to dive into the details themselves when a project requires quick problem-solving.

Data-driven analysis and clear communication

Decisions are based on facts, not gut feelings. Our interim leaders establish simple key performance indicators, visualize trends, and communicate clearly with both specialists and the board. This builds trust and makes it easy to set the right priorities.

Adaptability and neutrality

Because consultants aren’t bound by past history or internal politics, they can make tough decisions while still earning the trust of the organization. Quick adaptation to new ERP systems, global matrix structures, or complex customer requirements is a given.

With an interim department head, you gain fast, proven leadership that ensures results, drives improvements, and boosts the team’s capabilities from day one.
