Here's why clients choose our interim solution

Personalized needs analysis in hours

We kick things off with a focused chat about your goals, bottlenecks, and culture. Based on that brief, we'll match you with candidates from relevant industries, system environments, and leadership styles. This ensures the person you meet can truly deliver in your specific situation. Within five business days, you'll have 2–4 pre-interviewed profiles on your desk.

Vetted candidates, no upfront costs

Every consultant in our network comes with verified references and a proven track record. We take on the entire selection process at our risk, so you only pay once the right department manager is in place. This is all based on our transparent 80/20 model, where the fee is openly split between us and the consultant.

Your dedicated contact, every step of the way

You'll never get stuck in phone queues with us. The same recruitment partner will follow your case from the initial brief right through to the signed agreement, and they'll even be your sounding board once the assignment begins. This means quick decisions and fast adjustments if things change.

Why hire us?

When companies grow fast, leadership needs can change overnight. An interim manager is a flexible solution that ensures operations continue to run smoothly, no matter the challenges.

What you get from an interim department manager

Stable operations and clear goals, right away

An interim leader comes in with ready-made methods for planning, prioritizing, and follow-up. Budget, resources, and responsibilities are all clarified within the first week, giving the team peace of mind to deliver and management a clear view of the results.

Fast change capability during reorganizations

When new processes, systems, or strategies need to be implemented, the department manager acts as an operational project leader and a cultural bridge. They make sure the change is smoothly integrated into daily operations without the business losing momentum – whether it's about Lean implementation or system migration.

Lasting knowledge transfer

Our consultants always use documented routines and coach internal talents throughout the assignment. This means your department will be stronger even after they leave, and you'll be able to offer permanent roles to employees who've grown into new responsibilities.

The recruitment process

Our recruitment process is quick, smooth, and tailored to your needs. We make sure you get the right candidate fast, thanks to a clear requirement profile and efficient selection.

1. Assignment Description & Goals

We carefully listen to your expectations, goals, and current situation. A role description or job advertisement can be used as a basis, and we'll also conduct a structured interview with the client.

2. Candidate Search within Our Network

Around 20 suitable candidates are selected and contacted. We then conduct interviews with the relevant and available consultants we find, based on the assignment description.

3. Quality Assurance

The best 3-4 candidates are presented to the client within 1-3 days. We then have a check-in with the client to plan the selection and next steps.

4. Interview with Client – Background Check

The client conducts their interviews, any internal tests, and a final senior-level interview. References are taken if needed, and a background check can be performed on the final candidate.

5. Contract

An agreement outlining the length and scope of the assignment is drafted, always with transparent pricing so both the client and consultant know how the fee is distributed. We always pay 80% of the fee to the consultant. If the client is not satisfied, the contract can be terminated with a maximum of one month's notice.

6. Assignment Commences

During the assignment, we keep in regular contact with both the client and the consultant to catch any questions or feedback needed for a successful collaboration.

7. Wrap-up – potential employment

The assignment wraps up as per the agreement, or if the goal was employment and both parties are on board, it turns into a recruitment. The recruitment fee gets lower the longer the assignment has been going on.

What an interim department manager is good at

Hands-on leadership with a holistic perspective

A strong department manager effortlessly switches between strategic issues and hands-on operational work. They see the entire value chain but won't hesitate to dive into the details themselves when a project needs quick problem-solving.

Data-driven analysis and clear communication

Decisions are based on facts, not gut feelings. Our interim leaders set up simple key metrics, visualize trends, and speak plainly with both specialists and the board. This builds trust and makes it easy to prioritize correctly.

Adaptability and neutrality

Since the consultant isn't tied to past history or internal politics, they can make tough decisions while still earning trust within the organization. Quickly adapting to new ERP systems, global matrix structures, or complex customer demands is a given for them.

With an interim department manager, you get fast, proven leadership that secures deliveries, drives improvements, and boosts your team's capacity right from day one.
