Michael has a background as a sales consultant, with over 30 years of experience in sales across various roles. He's been part of management teams, served as CEO and Sales Manager in media, education, and other professional services.

Rickard has extensive experience in commercial development and has held leading positions as Sales and Marketing Manager. Through both strategic and operational work, he has successfully driven growth and strengthened brands. With experience from the interim industry, both as a client and a consultant, Rickard has a unique insight into how companies can use interim solutions to drive change and achieve results.

Anna is an experienced and senior inside sales professional who has worked in several different industries, always focusing on the challenges and needs of companies and their management.

Anne Sofie has extensive experience in interim and matching, along with a broad background in administration, processes, and consulting. She's the first person new consultants meet with us and is always involved in finding suitable candidates.

Magnus works as an interim consultant in Finance and Management roles. He has a background from several large Swedish companies where he served as CFO, Deputy CEO, and was responsible for change projects.

Lena works as an interim manager in Marketing, Communication, and Change Management. She has over 20 years of experience as a Marketing and Communications Manager at larger Scandinavian and global companies.
