Michael has a background as a sales consultant and over 30 years of sales experience in various roles. He has served on executive teams and held positions as CEO and sales director in the media, education, and other professional services sectors.

Rickard has extensive experience in commercial development and has held senior positions as a sales and marketing manager. Through both strategic and operational work, he has successfully driven growth and strengthened brands. With experience in the interim industry, both as a client and as a consultant, Rickard has unique insight into how companies can utilize interim solutions to drive change and deliver results.

Anna is an experienced senior inside sales representative who has worked in a variety of industries, always focusing on the challenges and needs of companies and their management.

Anne Sofie has extensive experience in interim staffing and candidate matching, as well as a broad background in administration, processes, and consulting. She is the first person new consultants meet at our firm and is always involved in the search for suitable candidates.

Magnus works as an interim consultant in finance and management. He has a background at several major Swedish companies, where he has served as CFO, deputy CEO, and project lead for change initiatives.

Lena works as an interim manager in Marketing, Communications, and Change Management. She has over 20 years of experience as a Marketing and Communications Manager at major Scandinavian and global companies.
