That’s why companies choose us for their procurement managers

Accuracy in matching

Our process begins with a needs assessment in which we map out everything from spend distribution to ongoing system migrations. We then search our network of over 8,000 quality-assured interim consultants and filter by industry, ERP environment, and category expertise. The result: the right manager in place within days, not weeks.

A niche network covering the entire procurement spectrum

We have Category Managers for direct materials, public procurement specialists with LOU expertise, and senior Sourcing Directors for CAPEX projects. Whether you need to negotiate global commodity contracts or implement a category-driven approach, we’ll find candidates who have already demonstrated their effectiveness in similar roles.

The 80/20 model provides cost transparency

We work with no upfront fees and a clear revenue split: 80% of the fee goes to the consultant, and 20% to us. You can see the structure of the agreement and easily budget for the assignment, while the pricing builds trust among all parties.

Why choose us?

When companies grow rapidly, leadership needs can change overnight. An interim manager is a flexible solution that ensures operations continue to run smoothly, regardless of the challenges.

Hire an interim consultant

When there is an urgent need for a project or a permanent position, an interim consultant can fill a critical gap.

150+ successfully completed projects

Better management, contracts, and costs

Measurable improvement in procurement processes

The manager reviews current contracts, establishes clear KPIs, and implements category management for the largest cost categories. You’ll quickly gain better control and can track progress in real time via updated dashboards.

Sustainable risk management in the supply chain

Identifying single-source dependencies and establishing alternative paths reduces vulnerability. The consultant updates contracts with relevant SLAs and develops continuity plans so that production can withstand disruptions without costly downtime.

Data-driven decision-making support for management

The purchasing manager’s analysis of TCO, currency impacts, and delivery accuracy is compiled into reports that link costs to business value. The management team receives clear decision-making support for price adjustments, volume shifts, or investments in new supplier relationships.

The recruitment process

Our recruitment process is fast, streamlined, and tailored to your needs. We ensure you find the right candidate quickly through a clear job description and an efficient screening process.

1. Scope of Work & Objectives

We listen carefully to your expectations, goals, and current situation. A job description or job posting can serve as a basis, and we conduct a structured interview with the client.

2. Search for candidates in the network

We select and contact approximately 20 suitable candidates. We conduct interviews with the relevant and available consultants we identify, based on the job description.

3. Quality Assurance

The top 3–4 candidates are presented to the client within 1–3 days. A follow-up meeting with the client is held to finalize the selection and plan the next steps.

4. Customer Interview – Background Check

The client conducts interviews, any tests they may require, and interviews with the candidate’s grandparents. References are checked as needed, and a background check may be conducted on the final candidate.

5. Contract

We draw up a contract specifying the duration and scope of the assignment, always with a transparent pricing structure so that both the client and the consultant know how the fee is allocated. We always pay 80% of the fee to the consultant. If the client is dissatisfied, the contract can be terminated with a maximum of one month’s notice.

6. Assignments are carried out

Throughout the project, we maintain regular contact with both the client and the consultant to address any questions or gather feedback necessary for a successful collaboration.

7. Conclusion – Potential Employment

The assignment is concluded as specified in the agreement; however, if the assignment was intended to lead to employment and both parties agree, it will result in a hiring. The recruitment fee decreases the longer the assignment has lasted.

A reliable leader in any situation

Commercial acumen and business focus

Our consultants excel at both tough negotiations and long-term partnerships. They know how to balance cost pressures with quality and delivery reliability—and how procurement ties into the company’s overall profitability.

A structured implementer who leaves tools behind

Templates, process descriptions, and internal training ensure that new working methods continue to be used after the project is completed. This creates a lasting impact rather than temporary, stopgap measures.

Educational Change Leader

An interim manager needs to quickly gain the trust of both operational clients and senior management. Our consultants communicate clearly, establish KPIs, and foster a culture in which procurement is viewed as a strategic partner rather than an administrative expense.
