At Scandinavian Executive AB, we take personal privacy seriously. We are responsible for the processing of data collected via our website, CRM system, candidate management tools, and social media platforms (“Digital Channels”).

Our goal is to ensure that you feel confident that your privacy is respected and that your personal data is processed correctly. We are committed to ensuring that personal data processed by Scandinavian Executive AB is used only for its intended purposes and is protected against unauthorized access. All processing of personal data within Scandinavian Executive AB is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

This Privacy Policy applies generally to all of our digital channels. If a different, more specific privacy policy is published on a digital channel managed by a subsidiary, that policy shall take precedence over this Privacy Policy.

Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked, in combination with other information, to a living natural person. This means that a wide variety of information—such as names and contact details, IP addresses, resumes, choices made, and behaviors—constitutes personal data.

Processing of personal data refers to any operation or set of operations performed on personal data. Any action taken with personal data constitutes processing, regardless of whether it is carried out by automated means or not, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, reading, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.

The following are examples of personal data that is processed:

The CRM system – first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, how you came into contact with us, as well as related documents and technical information.

CV – Cover letters and other documentation – information necessary for us to fulfill our part of the assignment in order to carry out a recruitment or the hiring of an interim consultant. This includes the same contact information as for the CRM system, as well as billing information (e.g., company name, address, ZIP code, city) and transaction history for order processing.

In addition to the above, technical data must be processed:

Technical data – website usage, including which pages were visited, browser settings, time of day, and IP addresses.

Scandinavian Executive AB does not collect personal information such as Social Security numbers or payment details.

Scandinavian Executive AB collects information through forms on its website or records contact details during the sales process. Providing this information online is voluntary, and you may be removed from our systems at any time. If you choose not to provide personal data, we may be unable to grant you access to certain products or services, and it will be more difficult for us to carry out projects together.

We collect personal information about Users from Users when Users:

• Online contact form
• Apply directly to our candidate database
• When downloading documents from our website
• When signing up to receive our newsletter by email

• To provide access to our products and services
• In order to send relevant information
• To be able to contact you and offer our products and services

We create profiles based on the information we collect in order to offer you the most relevant products and provide you with excellent customer service. These profiles are based on the information you voluntarily provide to us. We do not collect any information from third parties.

Information collected through forms on our website is stored in our CRM system and our newsletter distribution tools.

Candidate/consultant information is also stored in our candidate management system and in our database.

Personal data is not shared with third parties, but we may use subcontractors to deliver all or part of the website. Such subcontractors may process personal data on behalf of Scandinavian Executives. Scandinavian Executives ensures that our subcontractors comply with the new European GDPR framework for the processing of personal data.
