All personal data processing at Scandinavian Executive AB follows the relevant data protection laws.

This privacy policy generally covers all our digital channels. If a different, more specific privacy policy is published on a Digital Channel managed by a subsidiary, that one will take priority over this general policy.

Personal data is any information that can be linked directly, or indirectly with other details, to a living person. This includes all sorts of different details like names, contact info, IP addresses, CVs, choices you've made, and your online behavior.

Processing personal data means anything we do with it. Every action we take with personal data counts as processing, whether it's automated or not. This includes things like collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or altering, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, disseminating or otherwise making available, aligning or combining, restricting, erasing, or destroying it.

Here are some examples of the personal data we process:

Our CRM system – your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, how you got in touch with us, plus any related documents and technical info.

CVs, cover letters, and other documents – this includes information we need to do our part of a job, like carrying out a recruitment or placing an interim consultant. It covers the same contact details as for our CRM system, and for order handling, it includes billing info (like company name, address, postal code, city, if applicable) and transaction history.

On top of that, we also process technical data:

Technical data – this includes how you use our website, such as which subpages you visit, your browser settings, timestamps, and IP addresses.

Scandinavian Executive AB doesn't collect personal details like social security numbers or payment info.

Scandinavian Executive AB gathers information through forms on our website or by noting down contact details during the sales process. Providing this info via the web is totally voluntary, and you can ask to be removed from our systems anytime. If you choose not to share personal data, we might not be able to give you access to certain products or services, and it could make it harder for us to work on projects together.

We collect personal data about you from you when you:

We create profiles based on the information we collect, so we can offer you the most relevant products and give you great customer service. These profiles are built using the info you willingly provide us. We don't collect any information from third parties.

Information collected through forms on our website is stored in our CRM system and our newsletter tools.

Candidate and consultant information is also stored in our candidate management system and database.

We don't share personal data with third parties, but we might use subcontractors to deliver parts or all of our website. These subcontractors may process personal data on behalf of Scandinavian Executive. We make sure that our subcontractors follow the new European GDPR framework for handling personal data.
