Regional Managers: Two Regions – Two Different Needs
The client company is active in the service sector
The client company is active in the construction and real estate services sector. Two different divisions of the company faced challenges of very different natures. In one case, there was a significant need for project monitoring and financial management, and the organization required guidance from someone with experience in that area. The other division of the company faced a challenge that was more focused on personnel issues, and the need was for hands-on leadership and a profile that could contribute a coaching approach.
Together with management, we managed to identify several suitable candidates for both roles, but it soon became very clear which consultants were best suited for each assignment. The assignments got off to a quick start, and both leaders thrived in their respective environments and quickly began adding value to their units.
The lesson here is to emphasize the consultant’s personality, character, and values alongside their expertise and experience. Thanks to their swift and varied contributions, both units were able to focus on the clients and the business, and the projects have been highly successful and well-received by the client.
