Transparency builds long-term relationships

When you hire an interim management agency, you want to be confident that the process is transparent and fair. And that all parties play on the same team. For us, transparency is the foundation of that teamwork. It builds relationships that last over time.

Openness makes the process smoother

In every assignment, there are three parties: you as the client, the consultant, and us as the agency. Everyone needs to understand the assignment's goals, expectations, and terms. Otherwise, there's a risk that something falls through the cracks.

A transparent process reduces that risk. It creates confidence and saves time. For you as the client, and for the consultant.

Here's how we work:

  • We communicate clearly from the start, with both parties
  • We make sure the client and consultant are well-prepared for the interview
  • We keep everyone updated along the way, without filters

Clarity builds trust

For example, we're always open about how fees are distributed. Since the start, we've worked with an 80/20 model, where 80% of what you as a client pay goes directly to the consultant. It's a way to show respect for both expertise and effort. And the idea is that we add value for both client and consultant by shortening the search and matching process for both parties.

We don't believe in hidden costs, confidentiality clauses, or uncertainties about fees. For us, it's about building long-term relationships, not maximizing short-term gains.

Interim is a team effort

You want to solve a business-critical need. The consultant wants to do a great job. We want both to succeed. That's why we need to act as a team, with shared responsibility, clear communication, and an open process.

Transparency isn't an 'added value'. It's a given. Because it's only when everyone understands and is on board with the rules of the game that we can truly perform together.
