Every assignment involves three parties: you as the client, the consultant, and us as the intermediary. Everyone needs to understand the assignment’s goals, expectations, and terms. Otherwise, there’s a risk that something will fall through the cracks.

A transparent process reduces that risk. It provides peace of mind and saves time—for you as a client, and for the consultant.

Here’s how we work:

Clarity builds trust

Here’s an example: we’re always transparent about how we allocate fees. Since our inception, we’ve operated on an 80/20 model, where 80% of what you, as a client, pay goes directly to the consultant. It’s a way of showing respect for both expertise and effort. And the idea is that we add value for both the client and the consultant by streamlining the search process and matching for both parties.

We don’t believe in hidden costs, confidentiality clauses, or uncertainty regarding fees. For us, it’s about building for the long term, not maximizing profits in the short term.
