Accurate interim recruitment—every time

Fast and accurate matching

Within 1–3 days, we will present 2–4 qualified candidates from a network of over 8,000 quality-assured interim consultants. We listen carefully to your requirements and select profiles that match both your culture and the business challenges of the assignment. The result: capable leadership in place before operations lose momentum.

Transparent pricing with no surprises

Our 80/20 model offers complete transparency: 80% of the fee goes directly to the consultant, and 20% to us. No setup fees, no hidden charges. You’ll have a single point of contact throughout the entire process, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses.

Partnerships for Long-Term Impact

We view the interim solution as the start of a partnership. The consultant actively works to transfer knowledge so that the value remains within the organization. If the collaboration goes well, the interim assignment can transition into a permanent role—risk-free, since both parties already know that the chemistry and results are a good fit.

Why choose us?

When companies grow rapidly, leadership needs can change overnight. An interim manager is a flexible solution that ensures operations continue to run smoothly, regardless of the challenges.

How an Interim CEO Creates Value

Immediate stability and decisiveness

An interim CEO immediately takes charge of critical processes, prioritizes the right projects, and ensures that the entire organization has a clear direction. This brings stability in turbulent times and frees up time for owners and the board to focus on long-term strategy.

Rapid Change and Crisis Management

Whether it’s a turnaround, post-acquisition integration, or rapid growth, our interim leaders are experienced at identifying bottlenecks, creating action plans, and delivering measurable results—often within the first month. They act impartially, without internal ties, which helps speed up difficult decisions.

Cost-effective skills boost

You gain access to top-tier expertise exactly when you need it. Once the project is complete, the assignment ends—or transitions into a permanent position. This means lower overall risk, higher ROI, and full flexibility to adapt leadership to the evolution of your business.

The recruitment process

Our recruitment process is fast, streamlined, and tailored to your needs. We ensure you find the right candidate quickly through a clear job description and an efficient screening process.

1. Scope of Work & Objectives

We listen carefully to your expectations, goals, and current situation. A job description or job posting can serve as a basis, and we conduct a structured interview with the client.

2. Search for candidates in the network

We select and contact approximately 20 suitable candidates. We conduct interviews with the relevant and available consultants we identify, based on the job description.

3. Quality Assurance

The top 3–4 candidates are presented to the client within 1–3 days. A follow-up meeting with the client is held to finalize the selection and plan the next steps.

4. Customer Interview – Background Check

The client conducts interviews, any tests they may require, and interviews with the candidate’s grandparents. References are checked as needed, and a background check may be conducted on the final candidate.

5. Contract

We draw up a contract specifying the duration and scope of the assignment, always with a transparent pricing structure so that both the client and the consultant know how the fee is allocated. We always pay 80% of the fee to the consultant. If the client is dissatisfied, the contract can be terminated with a maximum of one month’s notice.

6. Assignments are carried out

Throughout the project, we maintain regular contact with both the client and the consultant to address any questions or gather feedback necessary for a successful collaboration.

7. Conclusion – Potential Employment

The assignment is concluded as specified in the agreement; however, if the assignment was intended to lead to employment and both parties agree, it will result in a hiring. The recruitment fee decreases the longer the assignment has lasted.

Key qualities of interim managers

Clear and inclusive leadership

Interim managers quickly build trust, clearly communicate goals, and motivate teams to deliver results. They combine decisiveness with responsiveness—a key to rallying the organization in critical situations.

Strategic vision with operational drive

A successful interim CEO seamlessly shifts between strategy and execution. They analyze the business model, set concrete goals, and ensure that action plans are actually implemented—while monitoring relevant key performance indicators.

Ability to adapt quickly and a focus on results

Our interim consultants are accustomed to stepping into new environments, getting up to speed on complex structures, and delivering results from day one. They prioritize the tasks that yield the greatest impact first and leave behind processes, workflows, and teams that remain strong even after the assignment ends.
